Best Cheap (and Free) Gaming Accessories for UAE Beginners

You do not need to spend thousands to get a comfortable gaming setup. For a beginner, a few low-cost accessories improve control and comfort far more than an expensive graphics card upgrade. Here is what to buy first, and what you can do for free.

Free upgrades first (AED 0)

1. Sit at the right height. Elbows at about 90°, screen at eye level. Stack books under the monitor if needed.
2. Turn on your monitor's full refresh rate. Many 144Hz screens run at 60Hz until you change it in Windows display settings.
3. Update graphics drivers from NVIDIA or AMD. Free performance and fewer crashes.
4. Use a wired connection for online games if your router is close. It is free and more stable than Wi-Fi.
5. Tidy your cables with spare ties so your mouse cable does not drag.
