Corporate Bulk Laptop RFQ Checklist
Create a laptop request for quotation that produces accurate, comparable responses and fewer rollout surprises.

What an effective RFQ contains
Begin with quantity, required delivery date and delivery locations. Then define each user profile and its minimum specification. If a particular model is mandatory, include the full manufacturer part number rather than a marketing family name.
Laptop specification fields
- Processor family or minimum performance tier
- Memory and whether it must be upgradeable
- Usable storage and drive type
- Screen size, resolution and touch requirement
- Operating system edition
- Webcam, wireless and required ports
- Keyboard and charger requirements
- Weight or battery expectations for mobile users
Accessories and services
List docks, displays, keyboards, mice, bags, headsets and adapters as separate lines. State whether you need BIOS settings, operating-system imaging, enrolment, asset labels, serial-number reports or named-user packaging.
Commercial response format
Ask suppliers to show exact SKU, unit price, stock status, lead time, quotation validity, warranty and any exclusions. Require alternatives to be clearly marked instead of silently substituted.
Acceptance criteria
Define how your team will check quantities, damage, specifications and serial numbers. For phased projects, agree the delivery schedule and the process if the chosen model changes mid-rollout.
Our company laptop form captures these inputs in one place and gives the QuickCart Business team a cleaner basis for your quotation.
