Is QuickCart Store Legit? How to Check a UAE Computer Store Before You Buy
Is quickcartstore.ae a real UAE business? Who runs it, where the shop is, how payment, returns and warranty work, and how to check any store.

Before buying electronics online, it is sensible to check that the store is a real business. This page answers the common questions about QuickCart directly, and also gives you a checklist you can use for any UAE store.
Who runs QuickCart?
quickcartstore.ae is the online store of Quick Cart Computer LLC, a computer and IT hardware business in Dubai.
- Physical shop: Shop No. 99, IT Centre, Al Suk Al Kabeer, Bur Dubai, Dubai. You can visit, see products and collect orders.
- Opening hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 8:30 PM.
- Phone: +971 54 379 7376 and +971 50 315 6998.
- Email: sales@quickcartstore.ae.
You can also find us on Google Business Profile, where customers leave public reviews, and as a seller on Microless.
How does paying work?
No payment is taken when you place an order on the website. Our team first confirms stock and the delivery charge with you. Then we arrange your preferred payment method: Tabby, Tamara, Visa, Mastercard or American Express. You never pay for something before we have confirmed it is available.
Prices are shown in AED including 5% UAE VAT, and each order has an invoice showing the VAT included.
Are the products genuine?
Yes. We sell new, genuine products from brands such as Lenovo, HP, Dell, ASUS, Acer, MSI, Samsung, TP-Link and Synology, with the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty terms vary by brand and model, and the product page lists them where available. See the warranty page for how claims work.
What if something is wrong?
- Returns: eligible items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, for example if they arrive damaged or defective, do not match the description, or the wrong item was delivered. See the return policy.
- Refunds: approved refunds are processed within 3–5 days after inspection.
- Support: call, WhatsApp or email us, or visit the shop.
How to check any UAE online store before you pay
- Find the legal company name and a physical address. A real business can tell you who it is and where it is.
- Check the trade licence. You can ask for the licence number and verify it with the issuing authority, such as Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism.
- Check VAT registration. A VAT-registered business can give you its Tax Registration Number (TRN), which you can verify on the Federal Tax Authority website.
- Read recent reviews on Google and other marketplaces, not just testimonials on the store's own site.
- Use protected payment methods. Cards and buy-now-pay-later services give you more protection than bank transfers to personal accounts.
- Read the returns and warranty policies before you buy.
- Be wary of prices far below everyone else's. That can mean grey-market stock without UAE warranty; see genuine products and UAE warranty.
